Can HX be granted with an agreement for deed with a mobile home still in the name of the grantor. The mobile was RP'd when the grantor had both the land and mobile. Now when the agreement comes through we transfer the ownership to the buyers, but the title of the mobile is still in the grantor's name. Getting conflicting information when I look at AGO opinions and the statutes. Thanks
